In order to return a product it is necessary to have proof of purchase in your possession (eg retail receipt, invoice/ consignment note etc). Also you must communicate with us at our call center, 210 7520106 before proceeding with returning the product.

  • In case that you wish to cancel your order before it is sent, please contact us in time via email at [email protected] or via telephone at 210 7520106 with your name and order number.
  • In case that the order has already left our shop you will be held accountable for the delivery expenses. If the money has already been deposited either through your bank account or credit card we will refund the amount minus the banking costs within 14 days.
  • As long as the package has been sent from our shop, it is the client’s responsibility to retrieve it from the transport company. In case of order cancelation when the order has been prepaid, we will refund the order amount minus the transport cost.
  • In case of any flaw in any of our products that is discovered on delivery and if the product has not been opened – used, we will carry out its immediate replacement without any further financial hindrance for our customer, as soon as we are notified via telephone or email.
  • A client’s request to return a product will be accepted when:
    1. The date of receiving the order and the date of applying for a return cannot be more than 14 calendar days.
    2. The packaging has not been breached and is at its original state.
    3. The products that you ordered have expired.
    4. There has been a misplaced order or the product is of bad/faulty quality with proven responsibility of
    5. The product is flawed and it is covered by warranty in which case it will be replaced after coordination from us with the product’s company.
  • The return of faulty refrigerated products is not possible.
  • The return can be facilitated through a courier paid by the customer or by bringing the product to our physical store.
